Click on "New Ticket" or "Submit a Request."

Click "Submit" to create your ticket.

2. Via Email

You can also submit a service request by sending an email to our service desk. Here's how:

Open your email client.
Compose a new email and address it to support@costafarms.com
In the subject line, briefly describe your issue or request.
In the body of the email, provide detailed information about your issue or request.
Send the email to create your ticket.

3. Via "ServiceBot" in Teams

Our "ServiceBot" is available in Microsoft Teams and can help you submit a service request. Follow these steps:

Open Microsoft Teams.
In the left-hand menu, click on "Chat" and find the "ServiceBot" chat bot which should be the top most icon.
Type a message describing your issue or request.
Follow the prompts provided by the ServiceBot to create your ticket.
