Setting Up Email on Mobile Devices with Microsoft 365
Objective:
Guide users through the process of configuring their Microsoft 365 email on a mobile device for seamless communication on the go.
Procedure:

For iOS Devices (iPhone or iPad):
Open Settings:
Navigate to the "Settings" app on your iOS device.
Scroll down and tap on "Mail":
Find and tap on the "Mail" option in the Settings menu.
Add Account:
- Tap on "Accounts" or "Add Account" depending on your device.
- Select "Microsoft Exchange" or "Microsoft 365."
Enter Email and Description:
- Enter your full email address ([username]@[domain].com) and a description for the account.
- Tap "Next."
Sign In:
- Enter your Microsoft 365 email password.
- Complete any additional verification steps if prompted.
Configure Settings:
- Choose the services you want to sync (Mail, Contacts, Calendars).
- Tap "Save" or "Done" to complete the setup.

Open Email App:
Open the default "Email" app on your Android device.
Add Account:
