How to change your password yourself using Microsoft's online tools
Passwords for most users are configured to expire every 90 days. Below are the details to reset your password if you are locked out of your account through an expiration, or if you just forgot what you set it to.
If you have issues with this process please open a service request via the portal or @supportbot in teams.
1. Navigate to https://aka.ms/sspr
2. Click this text field.
3. Type "USERNAME@costanursery.com[[tab]]" (replacing USERNAME with your account name)
4. Click this field.
5. Type whatever letters and numbers you see in the image.
6. Click "Next"
7. Click the "Enter a code from my authenticator app" field if you have the authenticator app, otherwise use one of the other options to validate your logon.
8. Click "Next" and change your password at the next screen. Changes should be instantaneous.
